Dear Students & Parents:
I would like to invite you to our Lone Stare Showdown Tournament. I encourage all of our martial arts family members to join us for this day of friendly competition and camaraderie. This event provides World Tang Soo Do practitioners an opportunity to enjoy family friendly competition and have fun with your extended Tang Soo Do family.
All competitors are required to conduct themselves with pride and honor as well as obey all rules and regulations. As such, anyone who does not obey the rules of conduct will be escorted off the premises of the event. Judges and all volunteers are expected to execute their assignment in a professional manner.
Participants 10 years old and younger will receive a participation medal. Grand Champion trophies will be awarded as follows:
Adult Gup Champion
Youth Gup Champion
Youth Black Belt Champion
Adult Black Belt Champion
In addition, there will be breaking competition for Gups and for Little Dragons/Tiny Tigers.
All applications must be postmarked and/or received by the Tournament Coordinator by the final deadline of Saturday, July 20, 2019. Early registration is available through Saturday, June 29, 2019. Be sure you adhere to the deadlines if you wish to compete. We will not accept any applications after the final deadline date.
We ask all Black Belts who will be attending to sign up to volunteer to assist with judging, scorekeeping, timekeeping or other duties. This is done by getting a volunteer ticket on the signup page.
Thank you for your support. We look forward to a great event with you and your family!
